Christmas 2017 Competition Rules
1. There is no entry fee nor a purchase required to enter the competition.
2. Employees of Cloudo Kids LTD and their relatives or anyone else connected to the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. Closing date for entries: December 9th 2017 - 00:00 GMT
4. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
5. By entering any of these competitions which ask for an email address, you are giving consent to be subscribed to the Cloudo Kid's newsletter.
6. Winners will be chosen at random by Cloudo Kids from all entries received and verified by Cloudo Kids.
Definition & interpretation
'We', 'Us', Cloudo Kids', 'Our' means Cloudo Kids Limited, a company registered in England.
'Website', 'Site' means www.cloudokids.com and any additions or amendments to the website
We use either the term "Visitors" or "You" to include any person that accesses our website at any point for any amount of time
'Goods', 'Products' means the clothing and other items which we sell to you and you buy from us in accordance with these Legal Terms

Your access or use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the 'Legal Terms', including any changes that exist when you re-access our site. You should not use this website or use our services if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, or any posted guidelines or rules.
You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Cloudo Kids, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
Visitors must be aged 18 years or over. If you are under 18 you should use the website in conjunction and with the consent of a parent or guardian and you must inform them about the private policy before you register.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email summarising the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, but only a confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order will only take place when we dispatch the Goods to you. We will despatch the Goods only when we have received your credit card, debit card, Paypal or Alipay payment. We may accept, reject, or delay acceptance of your order in our absolute discretion and for any reason including:
We are unable to obtain authorisation of your credit card or debit card payment
We suspect that payment is not being made by the person in whose name the credit card or debit card is registered or that the transaction is otherwise fraudulent.
Some registration details that we require are missing.
We are unable to contact you on the email address or telephone number(s) that you have provided.
Orders will not be accepted if there is an error in the description or the price of Products displayed on this website. If we discover an error in the description or the price of an article that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order based on the correct price or description, or cancel it. If you do not choose either of these options we will reject your order.
The description and pictures of the Goods are for information and illustration only. Although we endeavour to be as precise and exact as possible we cannot guarantee that they are an accurate representation of the products you purchase. We cannot accept liability for slightly shade colours variations that might exist between the actual products and the pictures displayed on your screen.
All sizes are approximate.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Cloudo Kids or our entire website, to our visitors. We will not be liable if for any reason Cloudo Kids is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Placing an order
All products and offers are subject to availability. Product availability is clearly shown on the product page.
Our stock level reduces only when a customer pays for the item. Therefore, putting an item into your shopping bag does not always guarantee that the item is available when you proceed to check out. If the item is the last one in stock, and another customer made a successful payment for the same item before you do, you will be notified that the item is not available when you proceed to check out.
However, a successful payment for the item does NOT mean an acceptance of your order. Our contract of sale will only take place when we dispatch the Goods to you. In the event that we are unable to supply the Goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the Goods.
When a product goes out of stock, it will be removed from the website. However when we think we can get repeat stock relatively quickly, we will show the product as "Sold Out".
Card Payment and Paypal Payment will be made based on our Pounds Sterling (£) prices. Alipay payment will be made based on our Chinese Yuan (CNY) prices at the time. Our currency converter for other currencies are for guidance only. You should contact your payment card company for exact information about their exchange rates. We are not responsible for any exchange rate or extra commission that may be charged by your credit card company.
Prices are inclusive of VAT @ 0% or 20% where applicable. Prices for Goods delivered to outside the UK are inclusive of VAT. Please note that children clothing in UK has 0% VAT.
Please be advised that orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any import duty that may be payable on the Goods when they reach their destination. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
For orders to the UK, Europe (*), USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Oman:
We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro. We do not apply additional charges for credit card payments.
We also accept PayPal payment.
(*) 'Europe' includes exclusively the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
IMPORTANT: For orders to the countries other than the ones listed in the above paragraph, we will accept credit and debit cards payments exclusively when the delivery address is the same address than the billing address of the card.
We also accept the payment by Alipay.
We do not accept the following payment methods: Cash, Cheque, Postal order / international money order, bank transfer.
All credit card and debit card payments are subject to authorisation by the relevant card issuer. We will not despatch the Goods to you until your payment is authorised and received by us. We will not be liable for any delay in supplying or non-supply of the Goods resulting from your card issuer's delay in authorising, or refusal to authorise, payment on your credit card or debit card.
When paying by credit or debit card, your card is debited at the placement of your order
Please note that when shipping an order to an address different from your billing address we might decide to contact you or obtain information from third parties to verify your details. This is only to prevent your credit card and personal details from being used fraudulently.
Our website is very secure. No credit card information is kept on our website. We do not get to see your credit card details.
Our Payment Service Provider (PSP) is SagePay. It provides the secure link between our website and our merchant bank to ensure that your card details are kept secure throughout the transaction process.
Paypal payment is very secure and you can use your debit or credit card without revealing your number. Please check www.paypal.co.uk for more information about Paypal' security.
If you are an international customer, you can also make a payment by Alipay. On the checkout page, just click the tab "Pay with Alipay", you can then follow the steps on the page. Alipay payment should be done manually on the Alipay website: www.alipay.com or by any other authorised Alipay applications.

Delivery timescales and fees are specified in the Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. If you have not received the Goods within 7 days (UK deliveries) or 15 days (deliveries outside the UK), please contact us.
All our deliveries will need to be signed for, you need to ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available at the delivery address to sign for the Goods. If no one is available you will be left a card at your address to inform you that the Goods are available for delivery with instructions on how to arrange for delivery or collection of the Goods.
If the Goods are returned to us because they were not delivered or collected or because the delivery address that you have given us is wrong, we will charge you the cost of re-sending the Goods to you.

You can check how much reward points you have earned in 'Reward Points' in the My Account section of the website. When your points are more than 200, you can use it when you check out.

Promotions and discounts
Discounts are issued in the form of either 'savings', a 'percentage off' or a gift offered and are offered to customers via promotional emails, advertisements, on-site banners or 3rd party communications.
There is no cash alternative and all terms and conditions are non-negotiable
Unless otherwise stated, discounts are only applicable to full price items (sale and clearance items are not included).

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Promotional codes are valid for one transaction per person and cannot be used on multiple accounts.
Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
If returning an item purchased using a promotional code, the code used only remain valid if the retained items exceed the threshold required (if a threshold is applicable).
The T&C'S together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant United Kingdom law and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction. All contracts shall be concluded in English.

Except where otherwise specified on this Website, the materials on this Website are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting Cloudo Kids products and services available in the UK. However we may accept orders for delivery to locations outside of the UK subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Those who choose to access this Website from locations outside the UK or place orders for delivery to locations outside the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
